I like to keep things personal and simple:

  • I will get you to complete a simple client questionnaire that lets me know your needs and visions for your website.
  • This is followed by a quick discovery call to make sure we are both on the same page and iron out any further needs or features that may be required.
  • I will then create a proposal outlining your exact requirements with a timeline and cost.
  • I build your dream website.

This is a tricky one to answer as not all websites are created equally. A personal profile site with 5 pages will not take the same length of time to create as an online store selling hundreds of products. Once the required features and functionality have been established in the client questionnaire and discovery call, the exact amount of time needed to build your site will be outlined in the proposal along with the cost.

Again, this is a tricky one to answer and again depends on the scope and functionality of the website. The price is clearly broken down based on the pages you require and any added functionality in the proposal form you receive from me following our discovery call. If you are happy with the proposal, 50% of the cost is paid at this point, with the remaining 50% due prior to launch.

Oftentimes it can be more cost effective to wipe the slate clean and go with a brand new website. It can be problematic to try and undo what another designer has created or previous mistakes that have been made. 

However if you just require a fresh look or the integration of new branding, a redesign could work for you.

I offer a website auditing service whereby I take a look at your current website and develop a proposal on how it can be improved. Should you decide to proceed with me on a redesign the cost of this audit is removed from the price.

It is important to keep your site up to date and running smoothly to avoid crashes, breaches in security and to ensure all your site tools are kept up to date.

You may wish to do this yourself, however your valuable time may be better utilised elsewhere in your business and you would prefer to leave the site maintenance to a professional. I can take care of the maintenance for you. The cost of this would depend on the hours per week/month required.
